Where can VIPs  and regular pass holders register and pick up their badges and VIP items for the weekend?

  • Diamond VIP pick up will be on Oct 25th 630pm at the Renaissance Richardson Hotel.
  • All other VIPs can register and pick up their items at Southfork Ranch Saturday morning beginning at 930am
  • Regular Daily and Weekend pass holders can pick up their badges at Southfork beginning at 930am Saturday.

Can I purchase autographs, photo ops and selfies on site?

  • Yes, all will be available for sale on site and you can pay with cash or card

Can I take a mansion tour?

  • Mansion Tours are available to all VIP level tickets for the weekend
  • Diamond VIP will have special tours with cast members happening after the brunch on Sun

Are photos available to get signed or can I bring an item?

  • You can bring an item to be signed or chose from dozens of photos that will be available or get your professional photo ops signed. VIP pass holders, the 8×10 is included with your autograph. All other pass holders, the 8×10 is $5

How many items can I get signed?

  • Each autograph purchase is for one autograph

How does the BBQ work?

  • The BBQ will begin seating at 530pm. It is a Buffet Style BBQ in the “Atrium” of Southfork Ranch. Diamond VIPs will sit at tables with a cast member, Gold and Silver VIPs will sit in VIP section near cast member tables.

How does parking and transportation work?

  • Diamond VIP members will have a bus pick up at the Richardson Renaissance on Saturday and Sunday morning. Two bus pick ups for Diamond on Saturday night from Southfork back to the hotel and one on Sunday afternoon.
  • Southfork has parking and valet parking available
  • Southfork has handicap parking available

Can I take photos at the BBQ or Brunch, Concert or Cocktail Party

  • You can take photos, however cast member will only be offering selfies at the cocktail party and at their autograph booths during the autograph signing. All other photos will be at the discretion of the guest and their management.

How many can be in a photo op?

  • Up to 4 people can be in a photo op

How does the “Autograph sessions” work?

  • The celebrity guests are set up at booths similar to a trade show or comic-con. They will sign photos and take selfies at their individual booths for the price listed on the celebrity page of the website.
  • You can pay them directly at their table if you have not pre-purchased.
  • Those who have pre-purchased can take their QR Code directly to the table.
  • Each celebrity will have a handler that will help you process your order and help take selfies.
  • Each celebrity will have 8x10s available at their table or you can bring your own item. VIPs have the 8×10 included with the autograph purchase. For regular attendees, the photo is $5.00

How does “Professional Photo Ops” work?

  • Professional photo ops are a great way to get a professional photo op with your favorite celeb or group. 
  • You will be lined up based on the photo op you purchase. You take a quick photo and then an 8×10 print is in your hands within a couple of minutes. 
  • You also receive a digital copy of the photo based on a code on your printed 8×10.
  • Detailed photo op schedule will be posted on the schedule page.
  • You can pre-purchase photo ops or buy on site

What can I eat during the day?

  • Southfork will have concessions and food available during the day.

What is the attire for the weekend?

  • For Diamond VIPs, the Friday night cocktail party is business casual.
  • For the event and for the BBQ and brunch, we recommend western wear. But there is no specific dress code.

How is parking handled at the Ranch?

  • The ranch has plenty of parking for the event, including handicap spots
  • Parking is $10 for regular spots and $25 for Valet
